Pit Bull SR™ Hose Reels already in use at busy mining workshop
A major mining company was in dire need of an upgrade to their mining workshop reels. They needed to solve some issues like operator shoulder strain and more. Whom did they come to?
Reel-Tech™ of course, to set them up with some top-of- the-line Pit Bull SR’s. First, we upgraded one of their mines in 2019 (see the pics in this blog post). The Pit Bull SR's also have our wireless rewind system which minimises the effort to walk/pull the reel in and out. Now another of their heavy vehicle workshop is being spec’d for reel upgrades. This is the second with more to come.

Another patented safety feature, the FlatWinder™ automatic hose layering system is also available as an optional feature of this reel and combined with the Reel-In-Control wireless remote-control technology, it provides the ultimate ergonomic solution to assist operators rewind the hose safely back to the reel with little to no operator effort.
